Hermon

Hermon is a village 22 km north of Wellington and 8 km from Porseleinberg. Of Hebrew origin, the name means ‘elevated, ‘exalted’, the reference being to the biblical Mount Hermon (Deut. 3:8, 9).

This tiny hamlet nestles on the edge of the lush Riebeek Valley, approximately 24 kilometres from both Wellington and Malmesbury.

It is a place where mind, body and spirit can be replenished amid beautiful mountain backdrops, rolling wheat fields, vineyards and wide open spaces.

A peaceful oasis, it is far removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A warm, friendly, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere will make you feel right at home.

Hermon is the perfect base from which to explore the myriad attractions the Western Cape and Winelands has to offer
