An electric mix of cultural heritage, cosmopolitan influences and the good life is what awaits you in Wellington.
On visiting Wellington your first stop just has to be the Tourism Bureau. It is located next to the Dutch Reformed Church and a beautiful larger than life granite statue of Christian pioneer, Andrew Murray, welcomes you. During his life of 88 years he was the founder of several organisations, educator, spiritual leader, revivalist and creator of an extensive religious/spiritual literacy heritage.
At the Tourism Bureau, you will be provided with a map of the town and district. This will provide you with directions to the cellars in and around Wellington. There are a myriad of interesting places such as nurseries, factory outlets, shops, restaurants and historic gems to visit.
