After lovingly restoring the Manor House and the Holiday Cottage, owner René Reiser is now tackling the vineyards. New plantings of 2.2 ha of Chenin Blanc (0.5 ha), Viognier (0.5 ha) and Shiraz (1 ha) will go into the soil in August 2011. These new plantings will  complement the already existing vineyard which is planted to beautiful old Chenin Vines, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Adhering to organic farming methods has brought back an abundance of bird life to the farm. Come in for a wine tasting or stay overnight and enjoy the 15m long pool and all attractions the Winelands have to offer at your doorsteps. Our cottage units offer a romantic bedroom directly under the thatch roof, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, living area and your own private stoep. Braai facilities are available, either right next to the vineyard or on your stoep. We offer a hearty farm breakfast, lunch, dinner and picnics on
request. For the wine lovers, we have three wines available for tasting and sales, Jacaranda Chenin Blanc, Pinotage Rosé and our Cuvée Rouge, a Bordeaux style blend. The Jacaranda Wines are made with lots of love and are fit for all occasions, a braai by the pool, a cosy evening in front of the fireplace or an al-fresco luncheon on the stoep on a perfect summer day. Refreshing and modern in style they will go with a great variety of food or might as well be enjoyed by themselves or accompanied with snacks and fingerfood.
