“A Perfect” is an upmarket, fully equipped self-catering unit and situated in one of the best residential areas in Wellington. It caters for a maximum of 7 guests.
The unit consists of a large living room area, open plan kitchen, option of up to 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, undercover outside barbeque area and secure parking for 3 vehicles. If needed, a sleeper couch is available for a 7th person in the living room area.
The kitchen is very modern with granite tops, a large fridge/freezer, built in oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and all other kitchen necessities.
The unit is situated on the bottom floor of the main house. It is separate with own front door and automated entrance gate.
To cater for extreme hot summer conditions (up to 42°C), the unit is fitted with double glazed windows, foam in all outside wall cavities and air conditioners in living room and bedrooms. A swimming pool is also available.
Linen and towels are provided.
Wi Fi and satellite TV available.
The unit is within walking distance from town, Huguenot High and Primary Schools. The start of the scenic U-shape route called “Perdeskoen” (horseshoe in English) is only 300 meters away. This route is from start to finish approximately 5km long and nestled between farms and offers spectacular views of vineyards, mountains, etc . It is extremely popular among athletes, cyclist and hikers.
A large Municipal park with swings, slide, rotating drum and large play area is situated directly opposite the unit. Children can be entertained for long periods of time while keeping a safe eye on the park from the comfort of your living room.
