DESCRIPTION:The route involves crossing a river and hiking along a Gradual Incline featuring incredible views of BainsKloof to arrive at a truly magical destination. Just takes a while to get there because of the distance. SUMMARY:Voice Behind the Silence at Hugo Rust Primary School
DESCRIPTION:It is finally here!!! A lot of people have been hammering me for more details and the official poster to my event. My campaign will be raising money for a non-profit organization\, @standunitedsa\, by hosting a self-defense/kickboxing workshop for women.\nThe day will start off with welcoming refreshments at 09:30 and at 10:00 all the fun will start. One of Stand United SA's founders will give an educational talk about Gender Based Violence and share their personal story. This will be followed by an actual kickboxing/self-defence class with a women's coach (@Anna-RitaMeiring). She will be teaching women how to react and how to fight back\, while her main focus will be on the women's techniques.  She wants to ensure that women do not injure themselves while trying to defend themselves\, as well as working on their inner strength. Each participant will be provided with their own care package.  @hugorust1 (Hugo Rust Primary school) will be providing us with the necessary space to host the workshop\, while practicing social distancing.\nDue to COVID the tickets are very limited. If you would like to support the good cause and attend the incredible workshop\, inbox me (Esmari Henn) to purchase a ticket/s. Most of the tickets are already sold out.
