With healing and wholeness as a passion, Jenina expresses it as a manual lymphatic drainage therapist. She honours the Creator and Restorer of Life and practise His principles in her life and practise. [Theological degree + Diploma in Somatology]
Jenina will discuss optimizing health from a lymphatic perspective and connecting emotionally-spiritually with your body to become more connected and aware of your yourself.
4) Fermentation Revival: Kombucha and other Friendly Ferments
Kari Doorduin (Kombukarious)
After a total breakdown a few years ago, Kari discovered the power of probiotics on her healing journey. She started to make her own kombucha. After supplying various shops in and around Paarl, the business has grown to branching out into other fermented foods like sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir-cheese. Kari will explore all these hands on with you.
