Booking of venue
Venue Fee:
 
R500 p.p + 10% service fee
 
Optional extras:

• Day coordination fee – R1500
• Event coordinator      – R6000

Your booking:

• The client will be allowed in the venue for preparations at 08:00
• All preparations must be finished 2hours prior to the function
• The venue will be available until 01:00
• The bar will close at 00:45
• The hire of the venue can be extended without any prior notice for an extra R2000 per hour

Venue hire includes:
 
-  Tables (different sizes)
-  Chairs (variety of forms)
-  cutlery -  crockery
-  glasses
-  use of bar facilities
-  menu  
-  barmen  
-  waiters
-  Setup of tables
-  Security staff in parking
-  Service staff
-  Lounge furniture
-  Ice buckets
 
Venue hire excludes:
 
-  beverages
-  extra décor
-  napkins
-  tablecloths
 
Bar arrangements:
 
-  wine can be brought in at R30 corkage per bottle
 
Menu arrangements:
 
-  catering will be done ONLY by the in-house chef
-  the different options will be discussed shortly after the deposit is
paid
-  plated as well as buffet is available
-  please contact the office for menu options
 
Deposit:

• R8000 refundable deposit is required to assure the booking
• Deposit will be refundable 7 days after the function
• Deposit will NOT be refunded in the case of a cancellation
• NO provisional bookings
• Once the deposit is made the booking can not be moved
• Numbers may increase but not decrease
• The final amount of guests must be confirmed 10 days prior to the function.  Any changes after that will NOT be refunded.
• Any damage or breakages will be deducted from the deposit
• Full payment is due 7 days prior to the function
• If payment is not made, Festa will NOT be hosting any function
